If anyone complains about One Piece's pacing to you just redirect them to One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga and it fixes all the issues with the pacing they are complaining about.
Chop it like it's hot! Control your tempuras please because Baratie 1 is here. Lettuce celebrate like Robert Brownie Jr. and rock out with our crocks out.-Meggo

Yep, One Pace is real and we've cut the runtime of the parts of the anime we've covered in almost half with some arcs over half.
If you want to check it out, I have a link to our website on my profile.
Since Reddit hates us atm (our account is too new) and the post got deleted. We'll summarize here.
We're recruiting for roles in QC, Subtitle Timing, Proofreading/Subtitle Editing, and Jpn Translators.
Apply on our Discord in
#recruiting
if your interested.
@KimadaKing
@AlexOfAqua
That's why a bunch of fans got together and we started recutting the anime to the manga. One Piece is fantastic and it deserves better.
@Burunino
@MoistCr1TiKaL
You could try watching with One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga and remove all the filler.
We average about half the runtime as the regular anime.
@Diamondstars20
@MoistCr1TiKaL
I'm guessing Fishman Island and Dressrosa put a bad taste in your mouth.
I wanna let you know that we are planning to redo quite a few of our old edits to bring them up to our current standards.
We have a spreadsheet that lists them:
@yzra44
If you decide to then you might want to try One Pace for the sections we've finished. Save yourself some time and you don't have to rewatch all the filler.
@MonsterTenma2
@OBaghdadi
If you are only following the Twitter then there has already been another release. The Discord is always the first to get notifications.
Otherwise, Wano is highest priority but it's also held to the highest standards. Besides editing, Wano is entirely re-translated from source.
@joshua_j0shua
Reading the manga will always be the purest source but you do miss out on animation, music and voice acting.
You might care about filler when they slow episodes down to a crawl with padding.
I'd recommend read the manga or watch via One Pace instead.
@Tatakai92481293
@thala6nos
@jxshsznn
You could try it again with One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga, so at least the pacing issues will be fixed. Can't do much about the sound effects (yet).
@nankiller77
If you want to save some time, watch as much in One Pace as possible. Hurts to think someone would watch the movies and leave so much canon material and great scenes unwatched.
@onmow_music
@peejuulpod
@broeybeats
You can see all that we've done in our spreadsheet and how much time it saves over the regular version.
Links to the releases are on my profile.
@ShenenJump
The metrics can very a bit since that doesn't include filler/padding in mostly canon episodes.
We recut the anime to the manga, removing as much non-canon filler and padding as possible. So on our extreme side of things ~45% of the anime is filler.
@JohnBonne
You don't have to. You could watch One Piece via One Pace and have all the filler removed for you, even the stuff in mostly canon episodes that they add just to pad them out.
Though that's probably more insane than just a filler guide 🤣
@SMKurama
I know the feeling but I'd still rather wait between One Pace releases for new episodes than wait weekly for filler.
Dressrosa almost killed me and I don't want to go through that again.
@Kaif7910
Luckily we've got you covered. We're recutting the anime to match the manga and fix the pacing issues.
Links on my profile if you want to check it out.
@Timeless2000s
@richardsaucer
@ByeSouI
@Burchettt
@TheAnimeEra
TBF there is a lot of stretching of canon content with padding. Perfect example is Dressrosa.
That's why we made One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga and remove even the padding in canon episodes. Halves the runtime and doubles the quality.
@19HitstheDragon
@Bad8uddhist
@TotaPodcast
We've gotten over half the anime down now and are still pumping out more episodes and re-releasing some in our spare time to up the quality, add the dub and add new sub languages.
Here's a spreadsheet that shows our progress.
@Jul3nM
@EvilAFM
We don't have everything subbed in Spanish yet, but what we have is all available for streaming
Zippyshare:
Telegram:
The list of which arcs have Spanish subs is here:
@Sh4dow_Sniper
@AF_Tiresome_
We're working on them as fast as we can.
A lot of the hold up is us lacking members in QC, Subtitle Timing and Translation.
We're actively recruiting for them but we still need more eyes to get things up to quality.
@gorrillabishan
I'd have to check with the rest of the team but I believe the general idea is to leave them off for consistency except on rare/special occasions.
@ttvxuxameneghel
@bsides
@eita_fox
One Pace recuts the anime to the manga.
We NEVER cut anything canon.
So there should be no issues watching our edit vs the regular anime.
@smoke_1122
You could try getting them to move over to One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga and fix all the pacing issues.
Links on my profile if it'll help them out
@KimmieD__
@groovydxeno
The only thing that got taken down was streaming directly from our website. We still have downloads and there are streaming options via Zippyshare and Telegram.
@lewdamone
@WinManJack1
@justrube
That's the one thing we won't be able to beat, unfortunately.
Though I will say that it should also be good for people who do pause/binges since they wait anyways, people thinking about dropping it due to the pacing, or people just willing to wait for each release.
@MugiwaraRyuma
Nah, if they don't like reading they can always watch One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga, so it fixes the pacing issues and halves the runtime. Way better than the movies and solves the two main issues people have.
Links on my profile for them to check out.
@IeeiUufj
Post-TS arcs besides the latest one are lower priority than the arcs that have yet to be done or smaller updates to other arcs. They are our oldest releases and will basically be entirely re-edited before they are re-released.
@pannacottaskull
That's why I switched to One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga and fix all the excessive padding the anime puts in to delay things. Dressrosa took years off my life and I don't want to go through that again.
Links on my profile if you want to check it out.
@Fallpopcorn2
We're doing the best we can. We're still looking for more people (look a few posts ago) to help speed up the process.
I'm also looking forward to when you can watch the entire series Paced.
@TotaPodcast
@19HitstheDragon
@Bad8uddhist
We appreciate it! It's an entirely volunteer based project so everyone is putting the effort in purely to make it the best way to watch One Piece.
On that topic, we are taking recruits in QC, Subtitle Timing and Translating, if you or anyone you know would like to help out.
@Protohype
Just to give you a heads up. While it doesn't have a lot of filler episodes, they start to slow down the pacing of episodes and drag them out.
If you want to watch without filler or padding, check out One Pace. We recut the anime to match the manga.
Links on my profile.
@_mareini
Our downloads via torrents are 100% virus free. Though we do recommend using an Adblocker (like uBlock Origin) if you ware watching via streaming on Zippyshare because ads there can be pretty bad.
@PHOENlXBRAND
No idea, once we hit Fishman Island/Dressrosa the pacing tanked.
You might like to check out One Pace if the pacing is bothering you. We recut the anime to the manga, remove the filler and fix the pacing issues.
@Krown3D2Y
I switched to One Pace near the beginning of Zou because of all the filler. Glad to find it because it reinvigorated my appreciations for One Piece.
@Threadmizer
@Jasole
@PeachSaliva
You could also watch One Pace instead of the anime. We recut the anime to the manga and cut out all the filler.
It makes the anime a joy to watch.
@Docinhosempre
@CastorDaGuerra
Could always meet in the middle and watch One Pace. We recut the anime to the manga, removing the filler and cutting the runtime in almost half.
@bruhcomix
@hami_xd_ha
I'll put a recommendation towards One Pace :D
We haven't finished all the early arcs yet but most of what we haven't done yet are the better arcs.
