@nauticalorie I have a walk pad and I’m kinda miserable with it 😭 it’s noisy so I recommend buying treadmill oil, and the treadmill has made my electric bill higher

As I’m getting older, my appetite has increased.. I used to go to school, work, and go to the gym with nothing in my system but a caramel macchiato and a stick of gum .. I need to bring those days back

@cal1diaries It means that I accidentally lost too much weight, I personally have a weight limit for myself and being under 99 feels weird to me. I’m wanting to gain some weight back so I can look and feel confident again. Hope that helps!💕

@high_imel Most I’ve lost in a week is 3 pounds, I was on a soup/bone broth diet (works WONDERS) so if you try that or something similar to it for 3 weeks I think you’d like the results

@MlSSKNIGHT I had butt length micro knotless braids and those added FIVE pounds to me. I remember I weighed myself one day and nearly fainted. For butterfly locs it depends on size , they’re ‘bulky’ so maybe 2-3 pounds if they’re reg length and reg parting
