Not to be conspiratorial but seems like they're imposing things like 50% capacity at gigs making them non viable but still leaves closing as a choice of the venue/promoter etc so the government won't have to provide the industry with any financial supports eg. reopening the PUP🤷‍♀️

The worst thing that ever happened at a sesh I was at was someone knocking over a big box of live crickets (that were food for for a lizard) freeing them all. Don't know if you've ever been off yer chops in a room with hundreds of crickets but I hopped in a taxi fairly sharpish

These figures are remarkable. A 3.9% unemployment rate is the envy of countries across the world & testament to the skills, productivity & hard work of Irish people. I remember the terrible high of 15.4% unemployment when @finegael took office in 2011.

So 6 weeks ago I applied for a designer position. The company called me and said based on my portfolio they'd like me to interview for art director instead. (mad) I accepted their offer today 🥳🥳 I'm officially an art director!
