For the first time in Nigeria's recent history, a presidential candidate has had an honest, tough, unmediated dialogue with almost every interest group, from the young to the aged. He has treated every group respectfully and spoken on the issues affecting them.

A man walks into the solemnity of marriage with the support of his friends and brothers. Often, he needs them to pull through financially and provide brotherly solidarity, and they come through. But I guess that means nothing because they don’t scream “eii” while dancing leg work

Do many men have friends that really show up for them when they get married? Everytime I've been a bridesmaid, my fellow bridesmaids are trying to be of service on the wedding day e.g on the floor packing sprayed money, and the men are just enjoying. I feel like this is the norm.

Law school students particularly find Foreign Participation difficult and abstract. This is very relatable because these issues are of practical application, and may not be immediately lucid. But in a nutshell, there is a short story around the topic.

The number of bright, well-travelled, working class youths who stood up to make a change this year is astounding. Not to talk of those who contributed their financial resources. So you can see why it is painful to watch these men ascribe the term lazy to the youths.

In essence, we should simply move on from a shambolic election. And even when it happens again, we should move on and draw hope from rock. Repeating a buhari story again for 8 years. People like these do not only mean bad, but are adeptly mischievous.
There will be no ‘recovery’ of anything, Tinubu will stay President. All we can do is insult him every now & then while genuinely hoping he proves most of us wrong. I really hope he does. But if it’s about “mandate recovery” lol forget it.
