When Ntare lost the volleyball championship in 2013 - after 6 years, it was to Chaapa. Boys pelted their bus in the victory parade with stones & in retaliation, they sneaked in school at 3am & vandalized our Main Hall. Our attempts to hit back were all kinds of dramatic. [THREAD]

I had sworn I’d take this story to my grave, but fck it. In S.4, when Bweras girls came for a show, I was still a very shy boy when it came to girls. I saw a very beautiful girl dancing on stage and the devil convinced me to take for her an apple and sweets on stage. [THREAD]

Today, the Ntare School Old Boys' Association (NSOBA) collectively handed over a contribution from the fraternity to the Mbarara District #COVID19 taskforce. It is meant to benefit upto 610 homesteads of Kakiika, Kajogo and Ntare Cells that neighbour the school.

As a student at Maryhill High Sch (the only boy), Archbishop Paul Bakyenga sat some exams from Ntare Sch. He later served as the Chaplain of Ntare and was instrumental in construction of the chapel that houses both Anglicans and Catholics. We wish him a happy retirement.🙏🙏

When Grace Nakimera came to Ntare in 2010, entrance fee to the main hall (where she was performing) was 500 regular and 1K VIP. Guys that failed to raise money for any of those categories, were outside rioting. Threw stones & threatened the H/Ms life, they let them in for FREE.

This man, one time while invigilating a Physics exam, came to the exam room holding about 8 calculators and asked if there was anyone without a calculator that would like one. All the people that came out, he put in a separate room and they sat the exam - WITHOUT CALCULATORS.
