Notion is encountering issues saving changes. Our engineering team is currently investigating this issue and we will share updates as soon as possible.
We’re seeing a number of folks asking whether this issue occurred because we didn’t renew our domain or because the .so domain was reclaimed. Neither of these were responsible. This was a very unusual DNS issue, and we’re putting protocols in place to avoid it in the future.

Some users are not able to access Notion. We have identified that the issue is because of a DNS block at particular ISPs.
Users can use their mobile phone network, switch their DNS server to 8.8.8.8 or use a VPN. We are continuing to investigate.
As of earlier this morning, multiple users have reported issues when trying to duplicate content or use templates within their databases or tables. We are currently aware of this issue and taking steps to resolve it.

We are experiencing issues with our Mac & Windows desktop apps — the team is investigating and working on a fix. In the meantime, you can use Notion in your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) until the issue is resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime.
Some pages and databases are not appearing in search results for some users. This affects functions including quick find, move to, page mentions, inline links, and web clipper. We have identified the cause and are working on a resolution.
Our backend is now working through a backlog of tasks that were delayed during the incident. Some features, such as version history snapshots and recursive indexing of pages that were moved or renamed during the outage, may be delayed until the backlog catches up tomorrow.

Some users are being redirected to a page that displays "This content does not exist" when they open Notion. We are currently investigating this issue.

We've determined that the issue is contained to Comcast Business users with the SecurityEdge setting enabled. We're working with Comcast to resolve this issue and will post further updates.

From 12:00am PST on March 7 to 6:22pm PST on March 9, Notion’s transaction service experienced some delays. This meant that some edits to pages took longer to save for some users, and some actions such as undo didn’t work. This issue is now resolved.
Users are currently unable to add integrations to their workspace. The Notion application and API endpoints are unaffected.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
Our engineers have reset the affected services and users can now save and edit pages in Notion as normal.

Notion is experiencing an issue that causes renamed database properties to affect filters incorrectly, causing performance issues for some workspaces. We’re investigating and will post further updates.
Between 2:31pm and 3:28pm PT users saw the message “Please update to the latest version to view this content” and may have been unable to dismiss it. This has been resolved. Reload the browser or restart the app to keep using Notion.
