Distance Squad ran a silent lap with baton to honor Coach Steve Snider who just passed. Coach loved the 4 x 800 and we will honor him all year every time we grab that baton. Prayers go out to the Snider family and all the thousands of kids he coached at Greensburg & St Vincent.

Heart is full today! Mike ran 36:00+ his first cross country meet. After training all year through heat, rain & snow, he ran 5:27 tonight at his last of year. He is the first person out of school at the end of the day and & has his warm up in before most kids get to the track.

We don’t usually post runners of the meet, but today Mike beat his same course time from a month ago by over 6+ minutes in the mud and rain! He ran 31:10 on Sept 10 and today ran 24:47!!! Congrats to all the team members who mudded it out.
