When I starting the S&C program 19 years ago baseball would only train if they had a 2 day “rest” before a game. Today for the first time we had game day sessions at 7am & 8am, yes even the starting pitchers were there training. #Progress #GetStrong #StayStrong

#TBT who remembers the “double tennis courts” area in Riepma Arena? In 2015 construction began on what now houses office space, locker rooms for 5 teams as well as visitors and officials locker rooms and storage. We did use that space often but still think it was a good trade off
