I've lost 20 pounds over the past 6 weeks doing the following... Intermitent Fasting: 16:8 Daily Walking (1 Hour) Intense 30 Minute Workout (Strength + Cardio) Low Carb + High Protein + Veggies Diet Cut Back On Drinking Feeling pretty darn good these days both 💪 +🧠.
