I’m here at jury duty doing my best to be a good citizen, but my heart is pounding out of my chest & I’m shaking. I wonder if my PTSD has been triggered from all the times I was in court as the ‘criminal’. Sex-Trafficking isn’t always cut & dry.

This right here. So many of us are suffering in ways we don’t even understand. We wish we could ‘snap out of it’ but we can’t. We don’t like to bother others with our authentic feelings becuz we know they are so dark and uncomfortable. We are doing the best that we can.
