I'm realising now that a lot of people don't actually know much about the literary space in this country. Because we host book readings, book signing, meet and greet. Book swap, etc. We do all of that.
There is a decent reading culture that exist in Nigeria.
There is a lot of truth about that essay but I don't agree that there are no publishers to support young writers in Nigeria. And there is a distribution system!
