Some days I love my job! Puppy stolen in Niagara today. Posted to my Facebook page at owners request. Wonderful followers went to work and located the pup and suspect within an hour. Owner was contacted through my page and the 4 month old puppy is now home!! Great turnout.

I just want to make sure we all thank our VOLUNTEER firefighters 👩‍🚒 👨🏻‍🚒 across Niagara. Many of our 12 municipalities utilise these extremely selfless individuals to protect us and our property. They leave their loved ones at all hours of the day and night to come to our aid.

Pilot circled for sometime to burn off fuel. Made an incredible belly landing on the grass adjacent to an active runway. All three souls are safely out of the aircraft. No reported serious injuries and no fluids leaking. Incredible job by the pilot.

It is now becoming more common for medics to be working their 12hr shifts without any break. Paramedics are human beings, not machines. They need breaks to rest, eat, and recharge. Working without breaks puts their health and safety at risk, as well as the patients they serve.

Condolences to the French family, friends & city of Chicago. Chicago Police Officer Ella French was shot in the face & killed during a car stop. Ella was 29yrs & had just gotten back from maternity. She leaves behind a two month old baby. Rest in Peace #ChicagoPD
