@the_meghaning @theliamnissan I didn't until a girlfriend explained it - mostly it's the food choices available (financially) to the poor - lots of premade high sodium poor nutrition foods (think ramen noodles, for instance) Then if they don't have any/very limited cooking options, that's even worse
