Devastated&heartbroken. Will miss your cheeky smile, infectious laugh,Fergie impressions, all the dressing room stories & your friendship. Loved playing alongside you. Taken too soon. Thoughts with your Mum and all your lovely family x RIP Neale “Tattie” Cooper Never forgotten x
Sad news. Billy signed me for Aberdeen and I’m forever grateful for his encouragement and words of advice throughout my career when I met him. Great man will be sadly missed.
An emotional day saying goodbye to a great teammate&friend. A fantastic night at Pittodrie remembering the amazing fun kind person he was. Well done to

speakers&everyone who helped organised the tribute. Willie Miller was right “We all loved Neale Cooper” RIP Tattie x
What an honour to be asked to pay tribute to the “Boss” As Sir Alex said “In life some people want to go to the moon on holiday others the local park … my players wanted to go to the moon”❤️❤️⭐️⭐️
❤️ A standing ovation for three of our Gothenburg Greats, Willie Miller, Neil Simpson & Gordon Strachan as they pay tribute to Sir Alex Ferguson.

Tomorrow we honour the local loon who lived the dream.
The Fans Project have organised a Tifo tribute for Neil Simpson ahead of Sunday's match.
Please ensure you're at your seat by 2.45pm to welcome Simmy onto the pitch.

How great was it to see a crowd back at Pittodrie. 5600 but the noise generated sounded like 20,000. Oh and what a performance from the players⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️
Amazing what you find when you are on holiday in your own house. Upsetting at the time for a 15 year old but disappointments like these make you stronger and more determined than ever to prove people wrong and make dreams come true.
RIP Frank. Witnessed all 7 of his goals. What a player, incredible finisher, great teammate and unbelievable character. Will be sadly missed. Thoughts are with all friends and family.
Aberdeen Football Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Frank McDougall this morning.
Frank was an AFC legend, as during his two seasons for the Dons, between 1984 and 1986, he scored an incredible 44 goals and won all three domestic medals.
A dream come true today. 41 years ago since I was driven out to training in a minibus, then carried and built metal full sized goals at Seaton park. Next week I’ll walk out of Cormack Park and roll these metal goals into place. 🥅⚽️🥅⚽️
"Cormack Park will help the Club to attract, retain and develop the players and coaches it needs to compete at the highest level."
Sir Alex Ferguson today opened our new training facilities at Cormack Park.

35 years ago this great club ,special players and born winners Sir Alex Ferguson and Archie Knox created History by beating Real Madrid in the European Cup Winners Cup final. Character building and fun dressing room. Can’t wait to see them tonight. Love them all.
Own up. Who shed a tear during Christie’s interview?Who didn’t sleep last night?Great to have seen so many of the players playing at youth level for clubs in Scotland. Proud that AFC played a part in McLean,Jack,O,Donnell,McKenna,Considine and Fraser’s development.

Disgraceful. Dean Shiels should be applauded for playing at the highest level throughout his career and will be an inspiration to every youngster in a similar situation.

Really sad news about Davie Robb. As a young player he was really good with me. Encouraging and always giving me confidence to complete against my hero’s in training. You never forget that. Loved his all action playing style and his dressing room banter RIP Davie
Nice to catch up with my former team mates Theo and Paul today at Hazlehead park cafe. Both love the Aberdeen area and the football club. We are all looking forward to the match tonight v

Fantastic spirit in the camp. Can’t wait until Thursday now. A packed Pittodrie under the lights in Europe is so special for players and supporters. Everyone together let’s make this another memorable European night. COYR
Flawed. In the starting line ups of the four teams only 7 English players started. Only because the Sky/BT money is flowing through the clubs they can attract the worlds best footballers. That is the only reason that England have 4 teams in the finals.
The doors are open for training at Cormack Park! The U11s & U13s players, families & coaching staff enjoyed seeing the facilities before their first sessions on the artificial pitches. More to follow.......

I was commissioned by Aberdeen to draw something for a club legend.
Been a difficult week since my Mum suddenly passed away last Thursday. Want to thank Robert Mackie and his staff for the professional and compassionate service they provided and the lovely funeral service. Great memories of my Mum RIP 💔⚽️
Tommy Burns top player and man. Never forget when we were rooming together before Scotland v England match at Wembley-before he went to sleep he asked my sons names so he could say a prayer for them. Sadly missed

I’ve enjoyed the debate about Barry Ferguson so let’s expand it.
QUESTION:
Pick your Top 3 central midfielders, from the last 40 years, from this list.

Just back from the match at Pittodrie. Congratulations to Barry ,Scott, staff and young players for the fantastic result today against Championship side Arbroath. In my opinion the best AFC Youth result in 30 years. COYR
Of all the photographs taken at yesterday’s tribute to Neale Cooper at Pittodrie this one encapsulates how much he was adored by his former team mates. Sorry, not sure who took it.
