Hello everyone,
It's been a while since I last posted but I felt it was time to break some big news regarding
@MissCodie94
and I getting married in Orlando, Florida on September 3rd! I seriously couldn't be happier getting to spend the rest of my life with the woman I love ❤️
Want a hot take? ⚠️
My hot take is that Scream 5 is a damn good entry in the franchise and killing off one of the "legacy characters" was the right call. I also think Amber is the best female Ghostface and stand by that as well. If you agree then great, if not 🤷
Good morning everyone, my question for today is do you classify Evil Dead (2013) as a remake or a reimagining?
I myself see it as a reimagining and not a remake.
What is the first horror film you've ever seen in theaters? 🔪
And yes I know I'm probably going to get roasted for this but, Halloween: Resurrection (2002)
Battle of the final acts. Which of these four finales is your favorite?
#Scream
Edition
•Scream 3 (2000)
•Scream 4 (2011)
•Scream 5 (2022)
•Scream 6 (2023)
Alright
#Halloween
fans, what is your favorite look for Michael Myers in the franchise?
My pick: Halloween Kills. The burned mask and coveralls makes him look even more badass.
I can fully understand why fans weren't and aren't happy with Dewey's death in
#Scream
5 but for me it's not only a fitting end for one of my favorite characters, it also fits the narrative being told. He went out helping others just like Gale said.
What film do you consider 10/10?
My pick: If ever there was a film that changed EVERYTHING it was “Psycho” (1960). It took all the rules of accepted filmmaking at the time and shattered them, in the process redefining the horror movie and bringing it into modern day.

"You know Rebecca, it doesn't sound like you're in a hospital. It sounds like you're in a parking garage. A dark, deserted parking garage... But if you want to be in the hospital I'd be happy to put you there. IN THE MORGUE!!"
What is a horror film you dislike in a franchise that you love?
Mine - Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare (1991). I get what they were going for, but turning an iconic villain like Freddy into a cartoon character is too much.
I'm the luckiest man in the world to have you by my side
@MissCodie94
. I love you with all my heart and not only is it amazing becoming your fiance, but to do it in
@DisneylandParis
, my first time ever here, makes it even more special. There's no one else I'd rather be with ❤️
Hey all! Just wanted to say that regardless of your ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or movie opinion for that matter (🙄) EVERYONE is welcome to this community as far as I'm concerned. I for one treat EVERYONE with kindness and respect like you deserve! ❤️
Merry Christmas everyone, I hope you all have a great day!
This is my first Christmas with
@MissCodie94
and it's without a doubt the best ever. I love you so much sweetheart and here's to many, many more to come! 😘❤️
Most disappointing Horror movie you were excited for?
Evil Dead Rise out of what I've seen this year. Don't get me wrong I really like it, but I feel as though something is missing and I still can't quite pinpoint what that is. And I love ED 2013 for the record.
Question: Which one of these Ash adventures is your favorite?
•The Evil Dead (1981)
•Evil Dead II (1987)
•Army of Darkness (1992)
•Ash vs Evil Dead (2015-2018)
I wanna play a game...
Out of these sequels, which is your favorite? Pick ONE...
(Note: I've excluded Saw X as I still haven't seen it yet. Please avoid spoilers for this reason, thank you!)
I personally feel that Dermot Mulroney did a great job as Detective Bailey in Scream 6 and doesn't deserve the trashing I've seen on nearly a daily basis since the film came out, especially in the final act.
To each their own, but I quite enjoy his performance.
You know what? Despite how much shit this film gets, I find a lot to love about it and stand by there not being a truly bad entry in the franchise. I agree that Chad and Mindy should have been killed off but I still think
#Scream6
is a fun ride from start to finish.
Had someone tell me Neve Campbell wasn't attractive in the 90's or now. Well idk if we're talking about the same person then because she's always been gorgeous to me and still is. She's aged like a fine wine 💜
In 2023 I parted ways with a horrible workplace, escaped an abusive relative, met the love of my life then flew on a plane for the first time (two in a row) traveling to a new country to be with her, and am now the happiest I've ever been.
Me rolling into 2024 like:
