I had a lengthy conversation with an elderly bikeman yesterday, and I left motivated! He said several years back, he had a good job and earned millions. He built a house in DLA & his village, he trained his wife through tailoring and opened her a workshop.

No, it's not an "identity problem" it's a cultural mix. Most Anglophone Cameroonians grew up watching Nigerian movies religiously. We unconsciously adopted those words due to that influence. It has nothing to do with "identity problem" dear.
