Asked Andy Kotelnicki about this play. This indeed was a design from one of the players. Trevor Kardell had the motion idea, but Kotelnicki mentioned the play was enhanced by special teams analysts Zac Barton and Aaron Miller. #KUfball

With that big run, Devin Neal now has 1,203 rushing yards this season and now has the 4th most rushing yards in a single season in #KUfball history. He also has 15 TDs. If he gets one more, he'll tie Brandon McAnderson for 2nd most in a single season at 16.

#KUfball 's CB group said this year's spring practice has been completely different from last year with more physicality. Not only did defensive backs coach Jordan Peterson agree, but he also said this is one of the most intriguing groups he's coached.
