I turned 40 had several brain bleeds, a stroke, sah & stents fitted for a ruptured brain aneurysm, at 41 I had a tia, lost my job, another brain bleed & sah...... I really shouldn’t still be here but here’s 42! 💪😁 #HappyBirthdayToMe 🥳🎂🎉

It was my mums funeral today. There was nobody there. No family, No friends just the funeral director & the crematorium staff. I’d like to think that she’s finally found her peace with my dad. I’m trying the best I can but it’s just been a really sad day 😔

Arrived at work tonight to be told “we might have to shut the shop” last week the electric bill came in 10 x dearer today the gas came in, from £900 to £10,058.59 it’s a small family run business here since 1982 this would be tragic! 😢 #fuelcrisis #Aberdeen

2 years ago today I was in hospital in Edinburgh with a brain bleed. 1 year ago today I was in hospital in Aberdeen. Today I’m just in from one job & away to start another 😅 Some days it feels like it doesn’t get any easier but it does, I’m still here! 👋😁
