Had some free time this evening, so I decided to practice some more on framer. This is a design concept for a portfolio website for one of my favorite creators on here.
Finally had time to start the challenge I tweeted about earlier, so for this one, I replicated one of Dann's works from his portfolio. (Images aren't same and yes, I kinda destroyed the logo😅😭). The first image is his, the rest of the frames are the replicated designs.
During the process of thinking of the best typeface to use for my next project, decided to play around with some typography. Got the last design inspiration from savee. Which of them do you prefer?

It's okay if you can't show up everyweek, don't rush your work because you want to "show up". Remember, quality better than quantity. Who cares if it doesn't get lots of impressions, do your thing, enjoy it. Some one out there might be watching and who knows...👀😊
Me when working: Design, draw few rectangles, opens twitter, goes back to figma, 30 mins later starts to think about the most random things, take a nap, forget I was working on something, use 30 mins to finish the work I left🥲
- My design skills have improved
- Discovered a new love, poster designs. Hoping to do more soon
- Gained some followers
- Started learning framer
Q2 my portfolio website will be ready and hopefully I get a job or gig as a web designer 😌
Today is the last Monday of Q1 2024.
I’m interested in all the fun and cool things you people did in the first quarter of the year or are still doing.😌
If you can, please share your achievements with me.
No one talks about how exhausting it is to show up everyday, for some days now, the urge to post here isn't there anymore I'm back to the spectator stage
Decided to go into the agricultural sector for today's design, so for Day 10 of web design till I get a gig or role in Web design: I designed a landing page for AgroTech a company, that makes use of AI & IoT, increasing precision in farming.

Post the kind of work you want to get, don't post just because X posted about how web3 got him $2,000 in 1 hour then you follow, if you do and eventually get a client, you'll get burnout and it'll show in the quality of your work.
Last year around this time, I was applying for an illustrator position.
It started with the company reaching out to me, followed by a call with a recruitment officer, then a call with the creative director, and finally, a short test.
It was beyond amazing. I was vibing with
Today's design concept is just a little tweak I did with Adidas landing page. Just a hover effect. The reason why I added it:
- Instead of clicking, users can hover to see a preview of a new brand (I am that lazy user who doesn't like making too many clicks when shopping lol)
Today's design concept or will I say exploration, played around with Framer and ended up with an e-commerce landing page(kinda). Funny how I haven't watched a framer tutorial yet. What do you think?
