Here are the 40-metre girders being hoisted into place on the new #Montroyal bridge last night, plus one showing the bridge this morning. DYK each of the girders weighs the equivalent of 10 elephants? That's a LOT of lifting, but all done seamlessly. Great work, crew! #NorthVan

Thanks to our crew, the retrofit of the bridge over Mission Creek on #MountFromme 's Dreamweaver trail was completed two weeks early, and Dreamweaver Trail is once again open. Thanks for your patience while we completed this important work.

Good evening. Icy conditions with snow or snow/rain showers are expected this evening and into Thursday morning. Road status in the District: Priority 1 roads: 90% clear; priority 2 roads: 40% clear; priority 3 roads 10% clear. Crews continue to plow and salt roads overnight.
