A clone of the Viper Mini SE named "RAZEAK RM-X63" has been spotted for $38 on Alibaba.
Specs: Mag Alloy, PixArt 3395, Kailh GM8, 4K Polling, and Nordic 52833. No word on weight.
Thoughts? Should I cop one?
Pro Tip: There's only one PixArt 3950 sensor. Any others such as "3950GEN2" or "3950ULTRA" are just rebadged sensors, with artificially boosted DPI via firmware and a different accompanying chip.
The "PAW" prefix is misleading, these aren't an actual separate PixArt SKU part.
Helios II Pro S!
We've revised the internal structural design to prevent side flexing, as well as reverted to Huano TBSPD switches, and also included an ultra-grippy coating!
You asked, we listened. <3

I'd like to thank Fantech for all of the good memories and development throughout these past years together.
With that said, I'm now team
@WallhackHQ
.
Get ready. Big things coming.
@BazonBTW
is gonna be pumped.
In the last year on Twitter, I've learned a lot from the peripheral community, and helped share the "behind the scenes" of the mouse and keyboard industry.
Big things are coming. Shout out to all my supporters.
Thank you all ❤️
I've hit 300 followers! Awesome!
As someone who merely loves games since they were a kid and develops the gaming peripherals that you *hopefully* enjoy, I'm honored!
<3 Thank you all! Hopefully I can continue to shed light into the peripheral industry and clear misinformation!
More enthusiast-grade mice and mousepads on the market by more brands is a beautiful thing.
Get ready for what we have coming later this year. These wings will fly, and the phoenix will rise.

SO MANY PADS AND GEAR!
Thank you so much

FYI: 4K Polling Rate in gaming mice isn't just for sensor performance at high refresh rate or high DPI. It'll also reduce delays like click delay compared to 1000hz.
Wireless performance is pretty much on-par to wired these days.

@AtkGear
Optical switches aren't "3x faster than mechanical switches". It all comes down to firmware. The click delay of an optical switch can be even higher than a mech switch if the firmware is bad. In the case of yours, it performs the same with both mechs and opticals.
This is a perfect example of why I'm aiming to be transparent in this industry. There's a lot of misinformation, and downright bad takes going around.
It's my goal to bring a lot of light into the gaming mice industry. ❤️

He's been sponsored by
@BenQAmerica
before too...
A mouse & peripheral brand that's literally famous in the CS community openly sponsoring CS cheater/seller seems messed up to me.
@ZOWIEbyBenQ
Damn.
Just got destroyed by a cheater in wingman who told me what cheat he uses, when i look this cheat up on youtube I discover this gentlemen who's entire 6 years on youtube has been dedicated to showcasing and selling CS:GO and now CS2 cheats. Cool, whatever he's one of many. But
Came across this today, a modular mouse from Sarepo in China, model GH-PRO X. Weight is probably 65-80g. Interchangeable sizes and shape profile, neat!

Hint: It's a great announcement for current owners and owners-to be of Aria! :D
(Not 4K... we're looking into this for our next mice, currently got some epic things on my desk regarding that, but more on that at a later point)
Mice with a Nordic MCU that runs CompX's firmware for it (VGN, Rapoo presumably) work with eachothers 4K dongles!
Vendor ID 3554 and presumably 3553 is CompX.
Only caveat is you need the pairing dev software...

Heya! A few things!
1) Lack of OEM Firmware availability for Hall Effect/Rapid Trigger (and those that are available are either buggy or unfinished)
2) Higher barrier to entry & risk, as the main consumers outside of the niche don't understand the tech yet, and higher dev cost
The gear I currently use
Mouse:
- Fantech Aria
- Fantech XD5
- Fantech Daredevil
- VGN Firefly F1 Pro (Main)
- Coolermaster MM710
- Deathadder V3 Pro
- Prototype Mouse (Main)
Mousepad:
- Skypad 3.0
- Fantech AGILE
- Prototype Mousepad for Testing
- Chinese Glasspad from Taobao
I think it's important to let people know what we stand for as a brand. We don't just make high-end epic bangers like Aria. We also make low-end products with low-end prices for those who can't afford something higher end, especially within markets with high tax & such. Game on!
@JaeeOCE
tbh, nobody knows as Hotline Games didn't even say what it's for. Does it somehow make skates faster? Smoother? Quieter on glass? Higher DCoF? I'll find out and let you guys know lmao
This thing is way too amazing. FunnyPlaying FPGBC, a literal remake of the Gameboy Color using modern hardware.
USB-C rechargeable, save states, larger backlit screen, and more! And this is *not* an emulator!

Has only 1.2ms of average click delay, compared to similar mice that have upwards of ~3ms.
Test results at 2ms debounce time, showing only 3.2ms average results. Tested with LDAT.
Polling rate doesn't just affect movement, but also affects click latency. There's a difference between a CompX mouse running at 4ms, and a Nordic 4K running at 0.4ms.
Some may not notice motion latency, but click latency definitely plays a part.
@OptimumTechYT
thoughts?
Once again the WALLHACK Team thanks everybody for the interest in our products. You truly exceeded our expectations.
Based on your feedback after the Frenzy Sora drop, we implemented features to make the Faith Yume drop experience better and combat reselling of our products on

3) Lack of "first comer" feeling, as it's been done already and done damn well too. Those that come after need to do it better, cheaper, and faster.

One of the "ANIMISM" mag alloy mice is already on sale on Taobao, and claims to be from AIWA/AIWO/COOL BURN.
5 Buyers already.

Hmm..... Not sure what to think of this.

LDAT out in the wild! So, take this!
The screen isn't used for mice, but the two pins can be used to connect a mouse's switch + grnd for click delay tests!

Here's how to wire it up without soldering. Just use 2 breadboard male to alligator pin connectors and bridge them by clipping them together on the switch pin:
Had this for about 1 month now or so, fun stuff!
VGN Firefly Pro F1 (48.3g with PTFE dots) + Carpio Clone (with skates too)

This is kind of standard. VXE/ATK uses CompX firmware, which gets 0.8ms at 4K, and ~0.4ms at 8K. The better firmware is GX Core Valley (GX Xinggu), which nearly half of that at 4K, and similar 8K with less std deviation. Soon we'll see many mice with GX Core and CompX solutions.
