Sign for a club where you'll play even if it means dropping down a level. Football isn't strange, football isn't weird. You know if you're signing to be a main player, pushing for a start or a squad player.

Go the whole pre season, lose 5 games, draw 1. Just to go and win the first league game of the season against the so called favourites. Football is back and it's beautiful 😍 ⚽️

It was a weird season, and especially the last few months. Haven not managed last season, I've spent my time helping young players progress. That is what I've always done and will keep trying to do. Football is a blessing, and if you can help other young players. JUST DO IT!!

I tell a lot of players to stop chasing the level and look for playing minutes. If you think you're good enough for step 4 but you're not getting an opportunity, drop to step 5, prove it, and if you're good enough, something better will turn up. Same for us coaches/managers.

Decided to run a session 2 weeks ago for young players looking for preseason coaching. Turn out of 20 players at the first session. Some @SCEFLeague Perm, Scefl Div 1, and Academy players. All under 23 years old. Thanks to @AllStarzFCBTS for helping with this.

One thing I learned whilst playing, was having a pattern of play for the team is a good way to hold everyone accountable. Everyone's better if they know exactly what you want them to do. Find you way and teach your players exactly what you need from them.

Man Uniteds problem is they have average players who think they are elite because they play for united.. Arsenal had the same problem, so we sold most player's because changing the mentality of a WHOLE squad who think they are better than what they are is alot harder.

Southgate needs to take accountability with what's happening with Miguire (Internationally). You throw an underperformed player into the firing line. Who hasn't played much over 2 seasons, who goes on to make mistakes in the two games. Why wouldn't he get stick. Leave him out.🤷🏽‍♂️
