Last night, officers responded with NLVFD to a structure fire on Ellis. A shepard named Athena was rescued from the fire but needed immediate medical attention. Fortunately for her, Lt. Salkoff jumped into action and worked with FD to give her rescue breathing, oxygen, and an IV.

On July 15th, in North Las Vegas, this driver was arrested for reckless driving (106MPH in a 35MPH zone). Only moments after given a citation for reckless driving (73MPH in a 35MPH zone). Great job to #NLVPD Traffic officers for making our streets safer #TooFast #SlowDown !

On June 5th, the @NLVPD asked for the communities help in identifying a robbery suspect who battered an elderly woman and took her purse. We are proud to update, that with the public’s help, the suspect, 32 yoa Kourtnie Goudchaux, has been arrested on the charge of robbery.
