Current UK-issued EHICs are valid until 29/03/19. If the UK leaves the EU without a deal on 29/03, access to healthcare when visiting the EU is likely to change. If you’re travelling on or after 29/03, continue to buy travel insurance to get the healthcare treatment you need.
