I understand the demand for Artturi Lehkonen, but I’d be more inclined on extending him for 2-3 yrs next summer. Unless there’s an offer too good to refuse, or he’s asking for too much. Look at these maps. They match the eye test 100%. He sets the tone on every shift. #GoHabsGo

I don’t care how good or ready Kaiden Guhle looks in camp. Send him back to junior. Simple reason: let him get a year tougher. Be patient. Be smart. Invest. And yes, there is something wrong with a tryout. Very wrong. You’ll end up keeping him because he’s not your worst option.

I think Kaiden Guhle is going to have a strong camp and really tempt the Habs to keep him. Whether or not management has the restraint to send him back to junior will tell us a lot about what they've learned.

Makes me laugh when I hear people say Kotkaniemi has to earn his top spot on the Habs. Most high draft picks go to a team without a top line in place. Barkov, Kopitar, Scheifele, Dubois, MacKinnon....they all went to teams with very little ahead of them.
