My child is transgender. He was born that way but it took him 14 yrs to figure it out. His teachers didn't "talk him into it" and they certainly didn't encourage him to hide it from us. The idea that teachers regularly engage in such behaviour is completely ludicrous.

My uncle, who was diagnosed with Covid almost 3 weeks ago, has been moved from ICU into the regular Covid ward. Life is good today.

You know... curriculum was never a political bargaining chip until the UCP came along. Curriculum was developed and implemented with the PCs perfectly well. The NDP never got a chance to develop a curriculum so you can stop with that whining.

Grade 4 math curriculum y’all. Remember that in Grade 4 they’re 9 years old. I especially like that last bullet on this page. Cause… knowing when the first bank was established is super important to a 9 year old. #abed #ableg

The #UCP decision to remove the low income bus passes is cruel. It affects seniors, disabled, students, single parents, etc. They have a hard enough time already, they just want to get to work, school or grocery shopping ffs. So infuriating

In the hospital with my newborn I was having trouble breastfeeding. The doctor listened for 5 minutes then told me he’d send a nurse. She stayed with me for over an hour showing me how to latch my child properly. PAY THEM. #abhealth #IStandWithNurses #abnurses #ableg
