He scored the goal, gave a little Celebratery salute to the goal. It was after all the World Class Gordon Banks in goal. But that sweet delivery of a goalbound shot from Geordie, was too powerful and well placed even for England's No:1 goalie. Right, let's do it again! ❤️⚽🎤😉

Remembering the late great #Arsenal legend George Armstrong who sadly passed away OTD in 2000 aged just 56 Geordie played in 2 #FACup finals for #AFC , winning in 1971 but losing in 1972. He did score this better in the 72 semi vs. Stoke. @touchofpowder7

It was viewed as a nothing game. T&MUFC v FC Romania, but on the whole it rounded off the season. What I found pleasing and gratifying was the great first class hospitality that greeted us at such a great historic club. Class best describes, what they've got at T&MUFC. CLASS!

Zenon! Zenon! Zenon! FC Romania has a Zenon. Zenon Stylianides, and boy does this player, and with his play, lives up to his name. Zenon, you are one of the most exciting, laid back almost comatose footballers I have seen. This on par with the one time great Arsenal player!

At every game I attend, I always make a point of welcomin' the Ref' and his/her assistants. End of the game they receive my grateful thanks and gratitude. This as I read an article (in a book), it said. It's Our Game Too! I took that in. Yeah it is. It's The Ref's Game Too! 😉👍

It is a GREAT Day out. Non-League Football, is as it was in the early days of football. It made you a part. The BIG Game, it lost that atmosphere. Yes we all still look for how our Big team did, but that's just an old habit. Non-League Football, is who you are in your community!

😃 I went f'r a pint at The Red Cow Pub, Cheshunt. It was packed👍 packed full of good hard workin' pub regulars. All of 'em football fans too. When I walked in, they all CHEERED me, all I did was walked in🤣 It's Mr, HODDESDON TOWN FC, himself. They made me feel really welcome.

We, of FC Romania, yes we lost 3-2, but for me the result strangely, is NOT hurting, I ain't jumping for joy, but from that defeat, I feel a strange sense of victory! Why? The friendship and hospitality we enjoyed before, during and after the game was football at its best! Hmm!
