I feel fine about it, because it reflects my choice to get vaxxed and the privileges that come with it. Those who choose otherwise made that choice freely as well, accepting any attendant consequences.
IOW, they excluded themselves, not the group asking for the passport.

No, no, no.
My Dad was antifa in 1943, flying out of Italy and bombing the schist out of fascists. Antifa were fighting fascists in the Pacific theatre as well from 1942 on.
The greatest generation.
The greatest Antifa!

What qualities of Jesus do you see in President Trump?
Just asking for a nation...

Since cars are being used as weapons to kill people, you just wait!
Pretty soon they will require people to register their cars, and even make people get a license before they can use it!

Public schools, with few exceptions to an extraordinary job of educating students and preparing them for life as citizens.
Home schooling exists to separate children from the larger culture, usually because of hyper-religious parents.
Their kids grow up unable to function well

Why are some on the right so afraid of saying the words "white supremacist domestic terrorists". They are a greater threat to America than foreign terrorists, according to DHS and the FBI. Why is the right afraid of the truth?

I'll agree to what you say, but again, bringing in in laws and cousins isn't a bad thing in and of itself. The policy of family reunification has helped make our nation the strongest and best nation on Earth. It's a policy that has worked to our benefit.
Why end it?
@blakevllr
@AriDrennen
Yes they can be a coincidence. They are a coincidence.
It is very hard for most people to imagine "something" going down at this point. Nothing will.
Those who think otherwise are fragile and easily triggered and manipulated by those trying to do so.
Just calm down. Breathe!

My students aren't vacationing in Florida with their parents as much anymore. Even some of my fellow teachers are ending their annual trips down there.
All for the same reason they tell me.
Florida is no longer a welcoming place for families, or really for anyone.🤷🏻♂️

I've been told that because my teacher salary is paid by taxpayers how I spend my salary is subject to the taxpayers.

Last year I had two students in my classes that had just moved from Florida to NYS. As the year went on I learned one student had two moms, and that's why they moved. The other student's parents were teachers and they felt they couldn’t work in Florida anymore.
@UncleLonny63

Absolutely!
I paid off my loans, as did my wife. We both support the forgiveness of student loans. Republican greed and disdain for community will continue to shrink what little support they have. Grievance and victim politics won't work anymore.

As we all know, local conditions ALWAYS determine worldwide conditions.
For example, I’ve just had breakfast and am no longer hungry. Therefore no one else is hungry anywhere else.
That’s how it works, right?

My God, what teacher doesn't talk about some aspects of their personal lives?
"Mrs" Smith identifies herself as married.
Ms. Brown goes out on pregnancy leave.
Mr. Williams takes time off for paternity leave.
It is normal. It is typical. It is a good thing.

The dark, dystopian world she lives in and works to strengthen isn't one most Americans want. She can keep on whining, airing grievance after grievance, and claiming victimhood.
Decent, optimistic Americans will just ignore her and those like her.

What's wrong with gathering more information and altering your conclusion based on new evidence? That's how science works.
If you expect scientists to have the entire complete answer whenever they speak, the problem lies with you, and your profound science illiteracy.

There's absolutely nothing in the article that says babies only benefit from a mother's skin to skin contact.
Read carefully, it speaks to how a baby benefits from that contact WHOEVER provides it.
Stanford did word it well, explicitly and directly. Your conclusion is fanciful.

The teachers aren't asking kids to keep secrets,it's the kids asking the teachers. If the kids have more trust in their teachers rather than their parents that's a strong indication something is wrong at home.
Maybe the parents need to be checked out…🤔
Happy Birthday to me!
66 trips around the Sun today, and looking forward to many more.
Thanks to my family, friends, and students who keep me young (at heart!)

He and his boot licking sycophants in the Florida House and Senate caused this, along with the cultists who accept this as good governance and voted for them.

I’d take any of the northern states over the southern states. The beautiful winters are the draw, while the repellant hot and humid summers of the south would keep me away.
And the politics are superior, IMO.

That's immoral. No one should be OK with assaulting another person.

I agree. Conservatives can't stop themselves from grooming kids.
It's good that public schools are there to mitigate their indoctrination.

OK, not torture, just abuse which is morally and ethically and profoundly wrong.
Both for handedness and what clothes a child wears.
Do you even like children that you would treat them this way?

That's immaterial. The prefixes are useful and that's why they have been used, continue to be used, and are growing in general usage.
Their utility is greater than the resistance to their use by a noisome minority.

I read "The Martian" out loud every day to my 9th grade students, just 3 or 4 pages at a time. I start the class that way because it quiets them down fast.
I've also learned that fluent reading aloud actually helps some of the students who have challenges with reading.
@FeistyLibLady
Embarrassing them is the point.
They want the kids to feel shame, so they can go home and make their parents feel it as well. This perverse dynamic is an intrinsic part of some people's personalities.
They NEED to make people feel as awful as they themselves do.

Yes, and a global pandemic changed that. Life changes, and we must adapt to those changes or deal with the consequences.
I dealt with the pandemic in my way. Society adapted as well. In terms of vaccinations, my choice was more congruent with society's changes than a non-vaxxer.

Ahh, no, that's what the voters did.

The only thing that's clear is they don't know ANY teachers.

Sorry, the KJV does not provide the original translation of that passage. You will need to do better than citing a much revised and inaccurate version of the Holy Bible.
