The Heide Knight Iron Mask comes from a cut variant present in concept art and not from the "red" Heide Knight, as both helmets are completely different. There's also an unused hooded variant that reminds me a lot of the Fallen Knight from Dark Souls 3. #DarkSouls2

@lostsoularts I've found the flash. It's apparently still on From's servers. The old website used flash to load another flash, lmao. It's 40 frames of fade in animation + some looping smoke (6 frames). Pendulum is separate .flv file. I converted it to webm, but can't upload.
