Mason Hall, 19, of West Norriton, was arrested & charged with felony Involuntary Deviate Sexual Assault and related charges for the Aug. 1, 2017 Norristown Farm Park Rape. Detectives traced DNA from the assault to Hall.

Statutory rights are essentially insufficient because victims do not have standing if those rights are not enforced. Currently, even with our strong laws, there is no recourse for victims if their statutory rights are violated.

DA Steele & local Police Chiefs to announce arrests of 5 defendants on charges of Drug Delivery Resulting in Death related to overdoses in Montco. “We are investigating all overdose deaths as homicides and we are charging those who sell this poison.”
Murder defendant Elvyn Rodriguez is in custody in York, Pa. and will be returned to Montco overnight. He will be arraigned sometime tomorrow, then remanded to MCCF. No bail for 1st-degree murder.
