Working with UC 2024 catcher @CataldoDamien on hip to shoulder separation and disassociation. The two pvc pipes showcase the degree of separation. Elite hitters can range from 30-45 degrees depending on physical stature and mobility.

UC 2023 @DrewAbBaseball staying tight with his turns and is seeing improvements with timing forgiveness, EV and more consistent spin rates in the 1000-1800rpm range. Down from 2500-3500rpm in just a couple weeks. The jump box keeps him from extending early with pelvis and hands
