Can I brag on myself for a minute💪🏾 February 2021, I was at my heaviest (lockdown eating and a toxic work environment). Went on a fitness journey, got covid, took a two month break and got back on it. Fast forward to Dec 2021, lost 28 POUNDS and counting. BRING ON 2022💃🏾🥂
