Devastated 💔 I introduced Lily onto the 2 Brewers stage at 18/19 years old. Then shared stages with her. We did backing for Boy George at London Pride. Paul O’Grady was responsible for the best nights out & the worst hangovers. Honoured I could call him a friend ❤️🤩❤️

Went back to the gym in March. A false start as I needed knee physio. But now, with the help of training, I’ve lost just over a stone & 1 & a half inches off my belly. Slow but sure results & I’m chuffed 😊
