My biggest tip is to schedule them on a specific day and time and then try and stick to that every week as it’s much more likely to become a habit! If you find it overwhelming, start with one a week and gradually build it up to 4 if that’s your aim! X

No days are the same as a teacher, which means we need to be FLEXIBLE in our approach to fitness.
Having a sandwich instead of a salad is going to help you to lose weight a lot easier because you’ll actually fill yourself up.

Just because the food is ‘healthy’ doesn’t mean you’re going to lose weight🤷🏻♀️
It’s why I hate programs like slimming world that don’t teach you about calories. Just be careful with the foods you’re eating and remember that high volume eating is your best bet for losing weight!
It makes me really sad to see people promoting super restrictive diets where you can only eat a tiny amount of calories 😫 this is not a healthy way to lose weight and is certainly not going to help you in a busy teaching job! 💖
