Just to be clear. The 3rd down run was a 1st down. The 4th down run was a 1st down. They, I guess, reviewed the second spot and confirmed it. Beavs go from 1st and goal at the 4 to the Huskies driving it down their throat. That’s an atrocious sequence by P12 refs.
