@propelforward The law allows courts to decide if miners are acting reasonably or need to amend protocols, ie standard of care. Also @Dr_CSWright @BitcoinAssn and @nChainGlobal have a layer 1 protocol to enforce court orders ala what the Illinois statute requires. So not a crazy idea.
