I will expand on this and write a proper FAQ soon, but if I could offer one tip for ravers, it would be to take snacks/sweets/food with you to raves. It may not seem cool, but when your mate is in a state, all it takes is an apple or haribo and they are back in the room.

Because everything is so expensive atm what’s your go to cheap/healthy/filling recipes (vegi please)? This one is a weekly occurrence in our house and probably costs £3 to make and will feed us for 2/3 meals (we usually up the amounts)

Its hard to overstate the importance of this record, released 4 years before section 28 was introduced and in the early stages of the AIDS epidemic in the UK. Everything about it was unapologetic and it’s easy to forget how bold and pioneering it was.

Truth!! I met @maryannehobbs at a gig in Leeds in 2010 when I was 23 before I had released anything. She took the time to chat to me, I sent her some tracks and she offered me a 20 min guest mix on Radio 1. I quit my job the next week. She is a pivotal part of uk music ❤️

One time I played for three hours off one deck in Poland as the other stopped working early in to my set and I had no CD's. I had been fed about 15 vodka shots before I played. In between each track people would intermittently sing "it's a London thing".
