@thesundaytimes My team take tests so that we protect our guests who are homeless. The life expectancy of people who are street homeless drops by 30 years, many have complex health issues. If we can’t get free tests then we may be putting vulnerable people at risk.

The day centre I run for people experiencing homelessness costs a little under half a million per year. 600 guests supported, 12k visits. The government gave Rwanda £140 Million, in advance, for nothing, because their plans were illegal. That could have paid for 280 day centres
