Rohan Yadav. Training 65m with 800g and he is only 15!! He is one of the biggest javelin talents in India. This throw alone would place him top 10 U18 in the world!!! He has a lot of potential. I have been coaching him since 2021.
@afiindia
keep an eye on him!
14 years old, 56-57 meters… tons and tons of potential. Never in my life have I seen so many javelin talents as in India. If only 1% of the sports advertising would flow into grassroots 🇮🇳 would win a medal forever. Join us and let’s build the grassroots India javelin school
India: I have never seen athletes train so hard and so dedicated. All do the training plan, and have this passion and hunger and desire to improve. Most European and American athletes are not this way. Only the elite. India is all or nothing, amazing. They make coaching so easy!
Rohan Yadav, 17 years old, third in the world U18, PR 68.81. India Olympic Games 2036. He has improved 20 meters in two years! We need sponsors and donors. Big project for 2024.
If you guys know of people who can help him, or sponsor him, let me know! We need javelins shoes supplements. He can be the next Chopra in 4-6 years from now
Somewhere in India a dream is born. I love when I get these videos. They ask for advise and training plans which I provide. Who knows, my be we have here the next
@Neeraj_chopra1
? There is so much talent in India

India Javelin… just amazing! Rahul threw 59 meters with 600g. He is only 14 years old… never seen so much talent anywhere in the world. This distance is probably top 10 in the world for his age group. He can throw 65-68 if he corrects few things. He is another monster talent
Huge huge talent. Only 18, throws 72, add 6-8 kg of muscle and he can go 80m next year as a junior. Only
@Neeraj_chopra1
threw 80 as a junior. Dipanshu
@fitcartofficial
Karishma, 23 years old, coached by Kashinat (coach of Manu), throwing 56 meters! She is a tremendous talent and rising star, 60 meters is around the corner
Javelin action does not stop!
New PR, top 2 in the world U20 with a throw of 78.54 meters today!! Shivam Maharashtra, coached by Kashinath. Congrats!
Shivam is a rising javelin star.
No other thrower does this so well. Neeraj is not the fastest nor the strongest thrower. His footwork is superb, he delays the throw, using first his legs and then hip-chest (javelin is not an arm event), then he throws. For coaches, imitate this movement, this is the secret.
Nadeem from Pakistan could be a 93-95 m thrower according to a 2 x world record coach. He had elbow surgery last year and this was his first completion… 87 almost… glad he recovered from that surgery. He has competed 9 x against Neeraj, so far 9:0 🇮🇳 🇵🇰
India has 4 guys in top 25! Imagine if just a little bit of sponsor money would go down to number 2-4!!! I think india can have 3 guys over 90 in 2024. Neeraj will be around 93-95! Many and Rohit have 90m pedigree

Daksh, India. 2036 Olympic champion. 11 years old. Coached by Kashinat, his father, who also coaches DP Manu! He is using a

, invented by Tom Petranoff, 2x world record holder. We are preparing a step by step guide on how to teach javelin to children.
Amazing change of destiny. Few months ago I was talking to Samerjeet as he needed to find competitions for Jena as he was missing the budapest standard. Here we are now with a ticket to Paris, PR, top 5 throw in the world
The brains behind Neeraj. Doctor Klaus coached German elite throwers for a long time.
@Neeraj_chopra1
Since 2020 he is the architect and brains. We wish you health and many years of coaching
Sachin Yadav…80.27m. New PR! What a level (coached him for 2 years 😂). I told him he would be one day a 90 m thrower. Tons of talent. He is 1.96 and still has room to improve
Two students of mine. Virendra and Rohan, both younger brothers of two former students of mine, lead the ranking in India U16 with national record and U18 (top3) in the world. Happy year. Started training both in 2021-2022.
VK Yadav remains me of
@Neeraj_chopra1
smooth flexible and very fast arm. He is only 15 and is capable of throwing 72-73 m with 600g. He is making huge progress.

Sachin, 21 year old, for me one of the biggest talents in India
@homeofindiajav
he is 1.96, very flexible, needs more speed and power. His PR is 76, I think he can throw 84-88 in 2 years.
#paris2024
would be fun as 3 students of mine can be there
Had a small personal celebration with Samerjeet, Kishore’s coach. He is happy that this year went so well. I have been talking about Jena since May, watch for him watch he needs help etc. I said before that he is a warrior, and he could go 88m, I feel 89-90 in 2024 91-93 in 2025
Today four years ago. My student Rohit threw 81.75m we had been throwing in training 83. I thought we could break 88-90 but did not happen. This is still U18 Indian youth record.
@homeofindiajav
@afiindia
@Neeraj_chopra1
Long time ago… when I was coaching Rohit I believed we would break the U18 world record. He threw 81.75 m which is the Indian U18record. He had a 82 m throw with the 800g as a junior. I think Rohan (younger brother) who I also coach, will win a medal at U20 WJC in 2024.
2016. I said that one day india would be a powerhouse. Today 3 guys made it to the finals. Neeraj is medal contender, I hope DP or Jena make it top 8. You can follow my page in Facebook. Would be good to get help as I also scout for talents (5 made it top 10 junior/youth) in 🌎.
India 2036 Olympics. 15 years old. Rishabh is another huge talent. If we can support these young dreamers I am sure that out of this group 1 will make it. 4-5 throwers age 15-17 have tremendous talent, hunger and dedication. We want to find the next
@Neeraj_chopra1
Best U23 team in the world with Manu leading with a throw of 84, Rohit and Yashvir both 82+. All three are 21-22 years old. Paris24 can have three Indian throwers over 90m. Their style is unique, fast, flexible and long arms. Unique style. So different compared to other throwers
@jon_selvaraj
Jena is the rising javelin star in 2023. He can throw 90+ next year. Would be fun to have two Olympic medals in Paris, very much possible
The future of India. Deepika has smashed all youth and junior records. 55-60 is top in the world for her age group. She needs to be supported!
@fitcartofficial
Flashback 2016: Neeraj and Rohit using
#turbojav
mini javelins. 2023: Olympic & world champion, Rohit top 20 in the world. Project Scouting & Grassroots: We are looking for coaches/parents that want to teach our training system. We are also looking for donors and sponsors.
My youngest athlete, VK Yadav, 15 years old, huge talent… I think he will go 75-80 as a U18 , new PR today… 64.85 (600g) making good progress, block not there but it’s getting better… VK needs help, sponsors, if you want to help him, let me know.
Gold medal with world record of 73.29. Thank you everyone for love and support! Will try to also bring glory to the nation in future competitions. JAI HIND !😇
Congrats Virendra for winning nationals and breaking Indias U-16 record (69.45 meters with 600g). We have been working together since 2022. Bravo young warrior. Second Indian javelin record from one of my students.
How they do this!!! And only 10!!! Fast flexible… this is what makes Indian javelin throwers so unique and world class. I saw only Neeraj doing this… he is only 10! Huge huge potential
@afiindia
@Neeraj_chopra1
@homeofindiajav
Amazing, isn’t it? I have seen athletes improve 3-4 meters. My wild card is Jena… Neeraj is for sure candidate. We could see 1-3… mark this post)))
@Neeraj_chopra1
@Kishore78473748
Since 2015 I have seen at least 5 kids that could become the next Chopra, hungry, motivated, talented. India has speed, skills & flexibility which is essential for throwing far. Find these talents at 13-15 and build them longterm. India Javelin dynasty for ages!!
@IndianJavelin
Last one for today… again, congrats team indian javelin. Bravo
@Neeraj_chopra1
bravo
@Kishore78473748
thank you for the happiness now rest and recharge, Paris 2024 awaits
DP Manu! What a season! Probably 10+ times over 80. 2 x in Budapest, 2 x this weekend (qualification and finals). New PR, 6th in Budapest, top 12 in the world!
Will be fun to watch. 90 m will be required to win gold. Both look sharp. Both have been competing against each other for years. Would be fun to see 1-2 from Asia, and yes of course, gold for Neeraj. The only big title missing
Young Rohan brother of
@RohitJavelin
getting ready for the final meets of the year. This is a 65 m throw which would put him in top position as U18 in the world (800g!) very talented.
@homeofindiajav
Bravo
@Kishore78473748
bravo. This is what drives indian javelin success. No other country does so much regarding prices given once results come. If a fraction would filter to support young javelin talents the future would be secured
Indian javelin dream team, later in action today. Asian Games 2023.
@Neeraj_chopra1
will defend his title. Jena will hopefully finish top 3 and earn his first international medal… all the best guys!
Next Neeraj Chopra: 18-year-old achieves distance of 78.54m. Amazing talent. 80m was crossed only once by a U20. He still has junior nationals in November. Let’s go!
Let’s enjoy this forever. W O R L D C H A M P I O N and world’s best javelin team. Bravo
@Neeraj_chopra1
@Kishore78473748
and Manu

This is how we build strong arms in India. Hammer drills are very important to develop a strong upper body. We do sprints jumps medicine ball throws and we throw, 2 x week, and learn proper technique. We are coaching 4-5 young potential Neerajs. We build the stars or tomorrow
Will always be a special world championships for me. I found
@RohitJavelin
in 2017 and trained him for 3 years. By then he threw 82 in competition (2019) where he stepped over the line. Official was 78.99m. Fun to see him throw at the finals with
@Neeraj_chopra1
Another monster talent from Haryana!! Coach Hanuman. She is only 13 and throws 41 meters. Coach Hanuman has already one monster talent, Deepika, U16 national record.
VK Yadav making huge progress, smooth like a panther… just 15 years old and has the basic mechanics in printed… need to work on block and keeping javelin lower. He will be top 10 U16 in the world next year
70.14. 2021. PR. Top three in the world. Rohan is making incredible progress. Fun to coach him. He came to me throwing 50 meters. Now he is top 3 U18 throwing 68.81m and in training 71. Lots of talent. I think he will throw 80 as a junior…
India has now 4 guys in the top 20 with todays performance of Jena (84.38m!!!!)… I said in 2016 that Indian javelin would be big one day… we have arrived…
90 meters will not define him. He needs to win a gold medal at world champions to be one of the few that did it. Zelezny and Thorkidsen did it. If you include the world junior record and gold in 2016, nobody has achieved it. He is a legend already
Olympic javelin champ Neeraj Chopra has won nearly everything that matters. Why then does he (but also mostly us fans) care about the 90m barrier. Neeraj, coach Bartonietz & Olympic 🥇🥇🥇Jan Zelezny have some thoughts on that and how he could go past 90m
Adopted by India.
Never thought I would feel so happy when I saw the Indian anthem and flag. As half German I had a mixed heart since I wanted Germany to do well, at least to get a medal. My heart rejoiced when Neeraj, won.
@IndianJavelin
@Neeraj_chopra1
My student Rohan Yadav, new PR today with 800g and only 16!!! 67.15 and currently number four in the world! He can throw 70-72 this year. I am looking for people who want to help and sponsor him. He is very talented and dedicated and will be a medal contender next year at WJU20
Happy Olympic day. Back in 2015 my good friend Garry Calvert moved to India to coach a very talented adolescent, Neeraj. He said one day 🇮🇳 will be big in javelin, this is when I decided to launch
#indianjavelin
as a project. 2016-2023 🇮🇳 is 1 as a country.
@Neeraj_chopra1
bravo
