@squidschool_spl no, but, it does get worse as you fire. According to inkipedia it does have bloom and it’s actually relatively bad The type of bloom it has (how much it starts at and increases per shot) is different from pretty much every other shooter so I doubt someone just copy pasted it

after watching multiple times, i have a good idea of what this weapon’s gimmick is it increases fire rate the longer it charges. the 1st ring of charge seems to be about splattershot fire rate, 2nd ring looks like aerospray, and the full charge is ballpoint’s short range speed
