My 82-year-old neighbour Ray was widowed last year & obviously is stuck at home. On Sundays I take him a roast dinner & when I enter the lounge he is sitting in front of a fold out tray with a little placemat & a knife & fork and it makes my heart melt every single time.

We have an absolutely lovely family that come to Meltdown regularly. Daughter and her partner, mum and dad, grandma, grandad. Grandad passed away suddenly this week and they have been in touch to ask us to cater the funeral as Meltdown was one of his favourite places to visit.

Get your ass to the new @StileNapoletano restaurant on Watergate St. Outrageously good pizza. We had 5 & 3 deserts consumed by 3 of us. Those pizzas are just beyond anything I’ve ever eaten. So light & so delicious. The restaurant is super cute too 😍

Had a very very emotional and sad experience today. A woman who was clearly suffering from some form of psychosis came in got very distressed. The reason I’m going to tell you about this is because hopefully it will help equip somebody else with some tools to deal with it.
