I just ran one of the hardest races ever. Only a 10k but I am hobbling around like I ran a marathon. Runners had to haul ourselves up steep, icy slopes on a rope! Twice! Cross a river on a log! Fireball and sticky buns afterward. Would do it again in a heartbeat! #trailrunning
