Talked to a BHMS guy He is doing hourly job in corporate hospital And what's his rate - 120rs per hr N this is a guy with 5 yrs of experience working Even mbbs are getting like 30k a month which is very sub standard pay Why aren't people talking about it

Two emergency intubations I had to take charge in the middle of the night I loved it but I am tired Icu staff is so good they helped me every damm way My anaesthesia pg was so freaking proud aftr hearing ki I ran two intubation calls Patients are stable for now

Had a relative who had kinda Bell's palsy like symptoms I told them to start steroids and take neuro opinion asap They took her to an MD doctor who started her on vitb12 n Azithromycin (idk why) After 3 days on being on this they took a second opinion from neurologist..()

If your residents ain't good to you internship feels like slavery I hav done hectic posting but the residents were caring enough so the posting used to go amazingly Ye residents toh kuch sikha hi nahi rahe sif tons of sampling Vigo and tons of paperwork dal dete hai

@TheRealDoctorT Tbh in India everything would have been done under 10k rupees aka 120dollars And in a gov hospital setup they don even charge for it so..probably free I know Indian healthcare also needs change but the one thing I am happy about is it is to some extent much affordable

Things people do .. This one came four days after the injury occured There was still a lot of debri left in the crushed phalynx I removed it took two stay sutures till the patient was sent for emergency ot with k wire fixation Let's hope that the finger heals up just fine

One of my batchmates got diagnosed with CNS TB They didn't even hav any prodomal symptoms Just suddenly they got seizures and on CT scan it was reveal to be a tuberculoma like lesion The csf analysis came back positive for TB What if I also hav a latent infection??
