Making 5 figure profit/month is much more achievable then you think with Amazon
-put in the initial work
-learn keepa like your business depends on it (it does)
-learn to source your own products
-keep track of what is working and repeat it over
Follow to learn more
It’s much better to start small and learn & understand the process as to why things are working a certain way than to go all in and be in trouble if it doesn’t work out..
The oak lives within the acorn
Struggling with finding profitable items for your Amazon arbitrage business? Try doing this
Go to Keepa->data->product finder
-Sales rank to 30,000
-Buy box to *choose*
-Amazon OOS
- New $ $15-$125
-Root category “Toys”
-manufacturer “Lego”
-find products
The riskiest thing is actually believing that Amazon is too saturated..
You must find out for yourself.
But you have to open that seller account.
The bird waits within the egg
I have paid for tons of information
I’ve been in many groups
I’ve sat through many webinars
TONS of what people charge for is regurgitated BS
So I made a FREE document democratizing what you really need to know and do (if you’re doing under $30,000 monthly revenue)

Amazon Sellers – FBM returns don't have to be chaotic, here's a tip with a concise guide to help manage returns IF shipping is purchased through seller central and the customer is saying item not received but it’s marked delivered:

If I started my Amazon FBA selling journey differently here is what I would do:
-Start with between $500-$1000
- Ungate beauty & grocery with Frontier Co-Op
- subscribe to SellerAmp or RevSeller and Keepa
-Practice sourcing on your own daily
-reinvest profits as long as you can
Getting an IP complaint as an Amazon seller is scary, especially as a new seller
Which is why I created a FREE template on how to resolve an IP complaint
As a bonus I included FIVE additional templayes in the document

If I started Amazon FBA over again, I would:
- FBM more orders early to help with cashflow
- Ungate big-name brands (opens tons of opportunities)
- Get SellerAmp & Keepa
- Take advantage of 0% APR credit cards
- find 1 product & source that entire brand/category
-reinvest profit
The anti-9-5 tweets from Amazon Sellers should stop. There is nothing wrong with a 9-5 and adding Amazon as an additional income source is ideal for many. However, if you are miserable with your 9-5 it is good to see there are alternative, nontraditional ways to substitute $
A top selling ASIN for me is only 12% ROI and $3.16 profit.
There are only 3 sellers on listing.
The item sales estimated 600 times a month.
It can be bought everyday, from most stores.
It’s not pretty but it’s consistent.
Few.
I have an item that a prep center would charge $1.75/unit to prep.
I can prep 85 units/hour
Therefore I am paying the prep center essentially $149/hr to do the work
It’s cheaper to keep prep in house in many instances and hire a part time helper- the hard part is finding help
HOW IVE SOLD $33,000 AND 360 UNITS OF ONE ITEM OVER THE LAST 3.5 MONTHS AT .41% ROI
NOW THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL SOURCING METHOD BUT BARE WITH ME BECAUSE IT WORKS
THESE ARE MY EXACT STEPS:
With the end of the month approaching every amazon seller should:
-go in inventory lab
-go to reports —> ASIN profitability
- advanced search last 3 months
-export data
-go through top sellers and see which items you can buy again from supplier
Effective
The best way to turn your money over quickly as an Amazon seller is to merchant fulfill items (ship yourself)
I think this is especially true for new sellers
I buy product from Amazon
Amazon ships item to my door
I relabel/repackage item, send to Amazon
Customer purchases, Amazon ships to customer
Rinse and repeat
You are 1-2 products away from profiting an extra $1500+ per month by simply
Lather
Rinse
Repeat
Keep testing products in small quantities until you find the winners
If you were to start an Amazon business with
$10,000 of inventory
At a .20 ROI
While reinvesting all profits for a year
Here is what you would have
A lot of people hate on 20% ROI
@GavinSweeneyy
Yeah, not against TOS I’m 99% sure. Don’t take your mistake out on another seller… that’s called being a petty loser. Eat your loss and learn from your mistake. Repricers don’t just magically do their own thing
As a beginner it is important to
-Cycle in FBM for cash flow
-Reinvest profits as much as possible
-Focus on quick flips and don’t get caught in the “holds”
Don’t start Amazon by watching YouTube videos or reading about it.
Start by taking action.
Watch the Amazon YouTube videos or read about it when you get stuck.
Without action, you have nothing.
I have made a 100% free amazon beauty ungating guide.
This free template can be used for almost any categories or brands. Cant find a supplier? Just ask
Amazon sellers focus too much on ROI and not enough on dollar per effort
What do I mean?
I have an item that’s only 12% ROI and $16.34 profit per unit sold
It arrives to my house in a box and I simply just relabel the box for the customer
Almost effortless.
There is no perfect time to start the amazon business, side hustle, diet, exercise routine etc
You must just start
Don’t overthink it
And remember
Enjoy YOUR process
The good news: making a lot of money with Amazon and being able to do it full time is possible.
The bad news: it’s not easy and you won’t get rich overnight.
You need to set a daily spend goal
You do not need to meet it everyday
Only your monthly end spend average needs to be met
Don’t settle for okay buys one day to miss great buys the next
As an Amazon seller it’s good to keep track of current listings that are currently in the break even range
Often times sellers move on and these listings become profitable for months to come
Do yourself a favor.
Go to seller central settings & under Fulfillment by Amazon, be sure you are using distributed inventory placement & not Inventory placement services
You are 1-2 products away from profiting an extra $1500+ per month by simply

5 of the best stores for Retail Arbitrage:
1. Walmart
2. Ollie's
3. Target (freebie check grocery)
4. Dollar general (slept on and has some real gems)
5. Nike outlet (many won't have access)
Every Amazon seller should keep a google sheet with every item you buy
At the end of the month you should go through your buys and see what you can buy again
Rebuying products that proved themselves is easier than finding new products monthly
When I started I didn’t know:
- How to source
- How to create FBA shipment
- How to read a Keepa graph
- How to use cashback & coupon sites
But still, I started.
You don’t need to know everything on day 1
If you overthink all the questions, you may never start
Throwback to when I used to pack orders before going to work every morning
I had an agreement with my boss to let me clock in 30 minutes early everyday so I could clock out by 4:30 and make it to the post office
At the time I lived in a real rural place where usps pickups

Doing the little things for your Amazon business make a big difference

Tracking best selling ASINs
Tracking with sourcing Methods are working best
When you start treating your business like a real business, real results happen
Amazon FBA is a lot of work but the reward is a great feeling.
Hard to complain about profiting $9,239.28 on only $23,117.01 of COGS.
This months spending budget was only $25,000 but I hope to spend $35,000 next month.
I expect the ROI to decrease from 39.9%
EVERY AMAZON SELLER NEEDS THIS INFO
use the Amazon BUYER side to search for listing. You will find more ASINs for your item and possibly non matching UPC listing.
The result will be you generating more sales with less competition resulting in more profit

I have sold over $1.6MM on amazon in the last 18 months strictly doing online and retail arbitrage. I have been a full time reseller for 3 years now.
Here are 8 things I wish I knew before I started or am glad I did not listen to

If you buy items that Keepa tells you historically sell well and the seller count never goes over 25
You’ll be able to buy that item over and over and rarely have issues

There are multiple ways to make money online.
Amazon FBA is just the main one I chose.
Just choose one thing to focus on and become obsessed with it.
This is a form of self-care.
When I started selling on Amazon I had 1 Credit card with an $1,000 limit
I was bringing home $8/hr after taxes from my part time job (all was for rent, food, living)
It’s extremely hard to scale an inventory based business while being poor
Here are 3 things I did (you can
