Men we need to ask our friends if they are really ok. Too many of us walk with a lot unspoken struggles and feel like we become less of a man by expressing ourselves. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45. Everyone needs a shoulder to lean on,some of us don’t know it yet.

A no deal Brexit pushed ahead. During a pandemic. People can't take to the streets to voice their opinion. Anger directed more towards your neighbour who had 7 friends over last night. Arguments in families over masks and self isolating. Fear is a currency. Stay safe,not divided.

A pause all round on rent, mortgages & bills needs to be implemented. If you’re asking people to stay at home and keep social distance they need to be financially supported to do so. Money for war and banks seems to always be readily available. Time to look after people now.
