The obvious goal is to abolish public education. The method is doing it by setting it up to fail via budget cuts. They want teachers to quit so public education dies of attrition.

Musicians can't make money selling albums anymore because of streaming and file sharing, so they have to charge inflated ticket prices which most people can't casually afford.

It really says something that our elections are determined by Rust Belt states. If US presidents were elected by popular vote and not the Electoral College, Republicans would never win, and it wouldn't even be close.
@srl
It will take a month to hand-count millions of ballots. This will only create an opening for even more false accusations of election fraud. Then people will demand a recount.

The case is Stone v. Graham (1980). It’s a violation of the 1st Amendment even if the displays are privately funded. The ACLU will sue and some friend of the administration will get paid $2500 an hour to argue this is court.

My grandfather survived it as a small child. He said his mother made them all wear strings of garlic around their necks and kept them out of school. No one in his family ever caught it.
Half of New Orleans, from Algiers, Bywater, Mid-City, just heard a big Boom that shook houses including mine. And no one knows what it is...

It's all on video -- McDavid is really dirty player. I mean, he skates around high-sticking players in the face, and has the title of greatest active player? McJesus the Slasher.

Find the River. I lived in Athens GA for 11 years as a full-time musician, and this song always reminds me of driving into Athens as the sun was coming up, after yet another long week on the road. Life was very easy there.

I've seen the pier at Grand Isle destroyed three times now, by hurricanes Katrina, Gustav, and Ida. I wonder if it will be rebuilt yet again.
