Been asked by many about the heat and humidity Boks are training in. To use a practical anecdote, in the Japan game, played after 7pm, one of the Boks’ tight forwards lost five kilos during the game... that’s how hot and humid!

Got back to my room tonight and watched broadcast of 1995 RWC final. Madiba meeting the team and specifically a smiling Chester, while PJ and Ladysmith Black Mambazo belted out World In Union. Thought of Chester's memorial today and wept. Thank you Chessie, for everything. RIP
