Takeaways from Matt Eberflus' 26th loss in 37 games as the head coach of the Bears: 1.) Eberflus and this entire staff should have been fired after last season. This staff is clearly the worst in the division and they are doing very little to help their rookie QB.

Takeaways from the #Bears 10th straight loss to the Packers: 1.) I've seen enough - fire Matt Eberflus. Biggest game of your career and your team didn't look motivated. The defense progressed this year but he's not the guy to lead this team forward. Time to move on.

Takeaways from a #Bears loss that ends them being "in the hunt" down the stretch: 1.) The Bears aren't winning anything with Eberflus as their head coach. The D has taken a step in the right direction and there are pieces in place - but this staff ain't it.

Bears takeaways: 1.) Justin Fields was better. Not by a lot, but he looked better and a little more confident. 2.) His supporting cast let him down. Offensive line struggled, WRs/TEs (outside of Mooney) and his playcaller doomed him today.

If you don't like this trade for the Bears, I don't really know what you were expecting. You get a No. 1 wideout, a first-round pick next year that could be a top-10, another second this year and a second in '25. That's a solid haul. Ryan Poles crushed this.
