This tweet was unnecessary. In Salafiyah, we believe that rebellion (Khurooj) against the rulers is forbidden which Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited it in clear narrations. We should pray for Muslim rulers that Allah forgives them and removes their shortcomings, but this is not a dua.
