7 years ago Mum with Dementia. Now she can’t talk, walk and doesn’t recognise us, confined to a special wheelchair. Dementia is heartbreaking for families. To anyone out there who is caring for a loved one with this awful disease I am thinking of you all. @DementiaFriends

Just got my car insurance renewal, €100 more expensive than last year. No claims, no points ever, etc, etc. Haven’t really used my car in a year. How is this possible. @InsuranceRefIre ? Are many other people getting the same? We need change in this country fast. @LeoVaradkar

A year ago today I went on a journey of change. 1 stone and half lighter - I just changed some bad habits - no milk replaced with oat milk, no sparkling water, cut out the junk, didn’t eat after dinner and continue my routine of exercise. I am chuffed with myself today.
